  • Testimony to the House Committee On Housing in opposition to HB 4118, relating to allowing a city to expand its urban growth boundary, or to require Metro to expand its urban growth boundary, in order to include land designated as urban reserve that supports workforce housing and commercial development supportive of workforce housing if certain conditions are met. Increases required expenditure on footpaths and bicycle trails from one percent to five percent of amounts received from State Highway Fund.
